Our Story
Tower Modular (collaborating with CSCEC) was established to explore the opportunities for permanent modular construction of garden suites and multifamily buildings in Canada. Starting from Hong Kong, CSCEC has been working in prefabricated construction since 1998 and has completed 268 prefabricated projects, including residences, hotels, offices, hospitals, schools, etc. Recently, the 6 MiC factories successfully delivered 40 MiC projects with a total floor area of 315 million sqft.
What is MiC?
The MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) is a modular unit produced in the factory after all construction processes including structure, M&E and finishes are completed, and then quickly assembled on-site through its reliable connection technology. This is the future of modular construction.
It builds houses like assembling cars, which shortens the schedule by 30~50% and saves costs by reducing 28% of waste. There are two core technologies, one is steel structure MiC and the other is concrete MiC.
